Cancellation by Customer.

• Customer can cancel or reschedule the booking with a minimum duration of 60mins prior to the scheduled time of pickup.
• A sum of 15% of the total booking cost will be charged towards cancellation if the duration of scheduled booking is less than 60mins.
• A sum of 50% or more than that of total booking cost will be charged towards cancellation if the duration of scheduled booking is less than 30mins or driver being arrived already.

Cancellation by Driver.

• Incase the driver cancels the scheduled booking; reserve driver will be allocated as per availability.
• Incase the customer decides to cancel the booking citing driver as the reason (Reason being appropriate, strict investigation will be followed) RideAlly shall refund 15% of the booking cost amount (Base Cost) towards customer, through original payment source.

Cancellation amount may vary depending on the city and vehicle category selected.

Refund Policy

Toll
A refund of Rs. 95 or the toll amount will be refunded if the toll amount has been paid and driver doesn’t take the decided route.

Excess Charging.
A complete refund of the excess amount collected by the driver will be initiated once the issue has been escalated to the support team.

Booking Cancellation
RideAlly follows a strict no cancellation policy under which a booking scheduled 4 hours prior shall not be cancelled whatsoever. But incase of an unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities etc, a full refund will be initiated to the original source of payment.

A refund will be credited to user source of payment mode within 24-48Hrs.
